What’s The Cuckoo Club Vibe Like?

In 2011, Cuckoo Club London was split into two separate floors each with its own music, theme, and atmosphere.

Atmosphere & Layout

Cosmos: The Ground Floor

Spotlights aimed at the floor, couches, and seats in velvet and leather, walls showered with hues of purple, blue, and violet, a ceiling studded with fuschia bulbs. In other words, rock and roll meets the centre of the galaxy, is the vibe you can look forward to when you get a Cuckoo club London table. What truly makes the floor unique, however, is the design’s authenticity. You can also expect to see the raunchiest go-go dance performances throughout the night.

A quick background on Barbara Hulanicki, the interior designer: Aside from being a critically acclaimed designer, in 1964, she designed her own store, Biba, which quickly became a regular hangout spot for The Rolling Stones and David Bowie. Rock and roll wasn’t an aesthetic to her, it was daily life.

The Garden: Underground

Using a unique interpretation of Alice in Wonderland, the underground floor of Cuckoo Club is designed to bring out the whimsical side of you in a more intimate setting. There are tables shaped like the Mad Hatter’s hat, trippy windows and doors hanging on walls covered in crawling plants, and mirrors where you least expect.

Crowd

The Cuckoo Club London offers the perfect crowd mix if you’re looking to mingle and meet new interesting people. The venue is home to a large number of models, A-list celebrities, socialites from all over Europe, and London’s young elite.

Cuckoo Club London Events

Cuckoo is well-known for its frequent events and theme nights which means, you’ll have to put some thought into timing your Cuckoo Club table booking. While you've got some of the best hip-hop DJs playing in each floor from Wednesday to Friday. On Saturdays, it’s Reggaeton music all the way at The Garden with strong acts, like DJ Khriz and DJ Umile.

Music at the Cuckoo

The Cuckoo Club music selection is very diverse, especially because of the strict separation between Cosmos and The Garden in terms of musical identity. On one hand, the Cosmos’ sound system blasts the best hip-hop hits on a regular basis. On the other hand, you’ll find The Garden featuring the hottest open-format beats, not to mention, Reggaeton Saturdays.

Of course, this is subject to change based on the Cuckoo Club special events and theme nights. However, the one constant factor is that you won’t find the same music playing on both floors. Don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll help you pick the best floor for the night you have in mind.

The Cuckoo Club Menu

Cuckoo is considered one of the best nightclubs in London for multiple reasons, and you’re guaranteed to find a few of those on their menu.

First things first, the Cuckoo Club menu covers all their bases when it comes to alcohol: Dom Pérignon, Ciroc, Lagavulin, Don Julio, Stoli Elit, Hennessey, and everything in between. You name it, they’ve got it.

For pasta fanatics, the club has been known to give out pasta on the house at the end of the night. Where’s the catch? There isn’t. Although not on the Cuckoo Club menu, the pasta is beyond delicious.

How to Get into The Cuckoo Club?

To get into The Cuckoo Club, you can join the Cuckoo Club London guestlist - best for ladies and smaller groups - or get a Cuckoo Club table - best for gents and large/mixed groups. Keep in mind that, after all, Cuckoo Club is a members club which means it’s highly exclusive. Booking your table or your place on the Cuckoo guestlist with us means you’ll have a much higher chance of getting into the nightclub.

To maintain a refined and glamorous atmosphere, club management greatly limits access to the club. In addition, the club usually accepts bookings from their most trusted promoters.

Let us handle your booking and enjoy a stress-free day leading up to your event. We’ll let you know when to arrive, the dress code, etc., and you’ll also have a host looking after you throughout the night, as well.

Cuckoo Club Entry Prices

The entry fee varies depending on several factors: the night, how early you arrive, special performers, and whether or not there is a special event - Valentine’s, Halloween, New Year’s Eve, etc.

The Cuckoo Club London Dress Code

The Cuckoo Club London dress code is dress to impress. For the ladies, you can go for dresses and heels, tops and skirts, or jeans and elegant dress shirts. Jewellery is always a plus, as well.
